HOW CAN WE RESTORE ORDER IN OUR CITIES?

America's Founding Corruption and Lies Education Enemies of Civilization Foundations History Immigration Law and Order Liberty/Politics Neo-Marxism Political Action Security The Lie

George Washington was the first American President to use troops to restore order in America. He did so when local and federal law enforcement couldn’t maitain order against the violence. Blue Cities have been “under the gun” my whole life, and they have struggled to “maintain order” and today they seem categorical incapable of creating a safe environment – like the one I grew up in during the 60s and 70s. I guess the question now is, if you are going to be “under the gun” either way would the poor of LA, WDC, Baltimore, New York, and Chicago (the poor not the rich white libs making policies,) have those guns in the hands of criminals, drug cartels, and organized crime or by Federal Officers, police, and national guard?

When Trump committed troops and Federal Law Enforcement to the streets of Washington DC after more than 20 years of Democratic rule had done its toll crushing it with what Professor Gad Saad calls the “suicidal empathy” of the Left. Their “soft on crime” policies were so ineffective that the murder rate in our nations capital was worse than Bogota Columbia! Don’t bother Googling it though. To get the truth you have to move on to the 7th or 8th pages of results because the algorithms specifically are designed to “shift your opinions” left. But they did have to admit that violent crime is down 87% since intervention and no murders for a record amount of time.

They have been doing this manipulation of data for years. Remember in 2016 when they were destroying Civil War monuments? I decided to see how bad the algorithm actually was and specifically googled something “politically incorrect” for the time: “funds to support Confederate Monuments.” When I got the results, I had pages upon pages supporting “slave memorials” and other sites ensuring the remembrance of slavery and even the 2016 project but nothing supporting Confederate Civil War monuments. It was not until I got to the 7th or 8th page that I finally got a single link to the “Daughters of the Confederacy” that actually had a fund for supporting Confederate war leaders, not supporting slavers or plantations but supporting those who defended the South, their country, from invasion. Everyone knows it’s rare people even look at the 2nd page of search results (although now that the first page is mostly Amazon advertisements maybe people actually do go to the 2nd page,) But, how often, when you google something do YOU go to the 7th or 8th page of results. Have you noticed that Amazon is quietly buying up more search engines? Specifically, search engines that used to be independent and have a better reputation? They won’t let you think for yourself that easily.

Today googling the crime rates, I got all manner of mish mash of stats about “fear of violence” and stats from different years about everything BUT murder rates that were designed to refute Trump’s words. With all sorts of distracting data that gave everything but murder rates. In fact, in a repeat of 2016Not until you got to the 8th page do you find this: –

Crime rate in Washington, DC The 2023 crime rate in Washington, DC is 572 (City-Data.com crime index), which is 2.4 times higher than the U.S. average. It was higher than in 98.5% U.S. cities. The 2023 Washington crime rate rose by 33% compared to 2022. The number of homicides stood at 264 – an increase of 60 compared to 2022. In the last 5 years Washington has seen rise of violent crime and rise of property crime.” “

So, beware of the results you get from algorithms designed and controlled by “Lefties.” You need to remember what my Criminal Justice Statistics professor opened his class with: “If you this is just one example of the connivance of the search engines in trying to “change your viewpoint” and shift the Overton window. It is hard when even when people try to look up date they are being manipulated.

Using their sophistry Democrats claim that “crime is down.” You hear that a lot. They don’t say that it is down after more than 5 years of precipitous rise under Democratic mismanagement. They don’t say that it is down after reaching record highs but still among the worst of US cities. I even read sophistry that Trump said crime is higher than Mexico City but lower than Juarez, Colimo, and other cities on the border. They didn’t think you needed to know that the cities where the murder rate is higher are almost totally under the control of drug cartels. That is sophistry. Maybe I should go into the sophistry of the left on a “what your father should have told you.” Sophistry is basically creative lying, originating in Greece, it twists facts and repackages them to suit their argument instead of the truth– used widely by politicians, lawyers, and Democrats without hesitation.

Now the Democratic Governor Westmore, using more leftist sophistry defends Democratically crushed Baltimore by insisting that the crime rate is lower than it has “ever been in his lifetime.” The fact that it has been intolerable and for his entire life under the tyranny of “Democratic suicidal empathy” does not make that a good thing.

Lets look at some facts:

This shows that Baltimore has more than one rape and/or murder every day of the year and the city has, on the average nearly ten robberies a day, and nearly twenty assaults. The crime rate in Baltimore puts your chance of being in a violent crime as 1 in 63 which pust it in the bottom 1% of US Cities. And the Democratic Governor of Maryland, like the Democratic Mayor of DC (whose city was worse,) and all the Democrats of the House and the Senate, were defending these numbers. “The numbers are trending down,” they babble mindlessly. Stats that are down from record National and world-wide highs are still too high. That is sophistry in action. The liar in chief from the Senate actually said, I always take a walk in Washington at night and in the morning and I feel perfectly safe. Well, sir, apparently you are unaware that the normal citizenry of Washington DC does not get to take their armed security detail with them on walks, in fact most of America doesn’t even have an armed, or even an unarmed, security detail. That is more sophistry in action.

It’s the same in many of the Democratically ruled large cities across the United States, cities that cannot maintain law and order on their own, cities where the left has so undermined the criminal justice system that even the locals now refuse to convict criminals in their own courts. That is not justice. That is the tyranny of “suicidal empathy.” A tyranny where, like occurs in all tyrannies, even the slaves fight to keep their chains.

Besides DC and Baltimore, Chicago, New York, and LA all have problems that their Blue indoctrinated leaders are unable to deal with. Even in Washington DC which last week had one of the lowest crime stats in living memory, try to insist that it is Trump who is the danger to citizens and not the crime. These lies persist but occasionally the news actually interviews the people who live in the crime ridden areas, and they are praising the action…won’t see that on DSNBC though will you?

Again and again I hear from Republicans, “I don’t understand why Democrats find this level of crime acceptable,” or “I don’t understand why they don’t want help,” or “why can’t they see what their policies are doing?” And yet, if the Democrats really are motivated by Communist ideas, as I believe they are – either knowingly or unknowingly – the intention is clear. It isn’t that they are stupid it is that they are using the chaos as a path to their own power. Communists have advocated this in at least 1848 AD and they have never changed.

Now, I readily admit, that most Americans have no clue how effective Soviet and Communist subversion and propaganda have been in inserting communist ideas and philosophies into the US mainstream media and politics, but academia knows what they are doing – even if they lie about it – I know students who went to university long after I did who claimed that over half of their professors were avowed Marxists. When we process America’s youth through these Marxist indoctrination camps (worse we go into debt to receive Marxist brainwashing,) we cannot be too surprised that communist ideology permeates our mainstream politics and discussions today. There is a reason that young women, who now predominate in the Marxist training centers, are primarily Democrat and Leftist.

If those numbers look OK to you then you are either a Democrat or have lived all your life in a Democratic City under their “soft on crime” policies. I spent a good chunk of my life growing up in the city of Lincoln, NE the capital of that state. We have a tendency to think our experience is normal but there is the cime in these cities is not NORMAL in America and they never have been. Even in the Old West crime was cautious because everyone had firearms and new how to use them. Over and over, it has been shown in history that armed societies are polite societies. That is because you are a lot more hesitant to offend someone who has a sword or a gun, so you tip your hat, you give a polite greeting, and you show respect instead of contempt for your fellow human beings. Primates too often, only behave it they know there is at threat for misbehaving.

When my sons wanted me to move to Kansas City I said, I don’t know. People get killed there. They answered, “its not that bad there have only been 3 or 4 this year.” (It was Spring.) “Yeah, we actually had a murder here in Lincoln last year,” I responded, “But before that it’s been a couple years. Three or four already is not a selling point.” That was less than ten years ago but since then Lincoln has slid left in their policies and it doesn’t look so rosy anymore under an increasingly Democratically led and influenced city council and state legislature.

In fact, Nebraska has joined the Leftist states in adopting “a duty to retreat”, and since then violence in Nebraska has only risen. Duty to retreat can vary from the Dark Blue where if someone breaks into your house and threatens your family with violence you are, by law, required to run away or expect to go to court and prove why you couldn’t to the lightest Blue like NE where you can, if you can prove it was justified, stand your ground in your own home or at work but have to flee in all other circumstance. When Nebraska (Lincoln and Omaha,) began arresting people as a matter of course for self-defense, even in their own home, until they were cleared by a court of law then I knew I had to leave. I don’t care about the violence in Missouri and Kansas so much as whether you are able to actually defend yourself and your family. There has always been crime in America but the founders gave us the Second Amendment so we could defend our own rights. They were very clear on this. I cannot recommend to anyone to move to Nebraska until they get rid of that sickening law that gives more protection to the aggressor than to the innocent victim (it doesn’t help that they were the 49th worst state to retire in, out of 50).

Not surprisingly, Maryland, which is where Baltimore is, New York, and Chicago, which are all high crime cities where the local police and poor of the community are all overwhelmed, are all chronically Blue Cities in “Duty to Retreat States.”

As I said at the beginning, George Washington was the first president to use the military and to declare an emergency when local jurisdictions were incapable of maintaining what the majority of Americans considered to be “law and order.” There have always been “outlying areas” and aberrations but that doesn’t mean the nation as a whole has to succumb to chaos. So, what happened when George Washington used troops to put down a tax rebellion?

The Whiskey Rebellion was a violent protest against the laws of the United States that lasted for years (from 1791 – 1794) and seemed to have no peaceful resolution. It was over a Federal law concerning a tax on whiskey that was levied to help pay for the Revolutionary War. Just as todays violence is over “soft on crime” ideas vs. where a minority of Americans in isolated areas oppose actually enforcing our laws or refusing to let Federal Officers enforce Federal Immigration law. George Washington would have declared these cities to be in “insurrection” and unable to maintain order. But George Washington, unlike so many Democratic and Republican leaders nationally and locally, had “cahones.” What some would call, “stones” or “balls.” In a free society if you oppose laws you work to get them changed. Once you attack law enforcement officers (federal or local,) you should get you a$$ thrown in prison for a long time.

In 1791 in parts of the country (for the “Whiskey Rebellion” it was Western Pennsylvania that broke from legal norm and defied properly constituted authority,) protesters used violence and intimidation to prevent Federal Officers from enforcing the law and when they tried to enforce it more than 500 armed men attacked the fortified home of the local tax inspector, also individual Marshals were attacked upon the roadways of the cities and states and were prevented from doing their duty. Does that sound at all familiar to 2020 or what we see today in LA, New York, Chicago, or other blue cess pits?

When it became apparent to the President, (that’s George Washington not Trump,) that the violent protestors would not stop their interference with the law the 1st President of the United States called up the militia to restore order and enforce Federal Law in Western Pennsylvania. He himself rode at the head of a 13,000 man militia army (composed of militia from Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey,) into the area of Western Pennsylvania to restore order and enforce Federal Law arresting 150 of the protesters and taking 20 of them back to the seat of Federal Government for trial because they could expect no just decision in the courts in Western Pennsylvania where the people and courts showed favoritism to the protesters.

The Whiskey Rebellion showed that the new government of the United States had the will, determination, and the power to enforce the laws of the United States and to suppress violent resistance to its laws. A will, determination, and power to enforce the laws of the United States that, based on the continuing and spreading ICE protests, many leaders no longer have. We have gotten so used to this complacency when President Trump insists that local authorities actually maintain the order and safety of their cities many people today think it is extreme.

I tell you. I am 64 and for most of my life enforcing the law in the United States wasn’t the extreme it was the norm. However, because we have had such pathetically weak leaders in this country we don’t even enforce our laws anymore and so when we get people who ARE enforcing the law it looks extreme to us because the weak leaders have made crime, anarchy, and chaos the norm. It is NOT the norm.

The action of the militiamen of four states demonstrated that the people on the whole supported the laws that were legitimately passed by our legislatures and, as it is today, it was only isolated concentrations of violent insurrectionists that opposed it.

In such a case the government must act to enforce its laws or it ceases to have legitimacy. In other words, a government that cannot enforce its own laws, legitimately passed by its legislature (as opposed to arbitrarily made by bureaucrats or unelected officials), is no government at all,

Despite the lying lamestream media, this isn’t unprecedented. This isn’t the only time military force was used to restore order and enforce the laws of the United States of America and Trump’s action is NOT tyrannical but an attempt to restore the norm in a country that no longer understands what real America looks like.

During the war of 1812 (actually after the war was over,) General Andrew Jackson imposed martial law on New Orleans; throughout the entire Southern United States from 1865 to 1877 the United States Army maintained order and ensured that local and state governments obeyed the Federal laws they were required to obey regarding former slaves and individual rights. Then again after the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, the San Francisco Earthquake of 1906 the military was called in to stop looting and aid in security and recovery operations. In San Francisco in 1934 during the mass riots and protests on the waterfront; and again in 1961 following mob action against the Freedom Riders in Montgomery Alabama the US Military and Federalized troops were used in each of these cases to restore order in jurisdictions. They should have been used in 2020 when more than 75 law enforcement officers were killed by what the media claimed were “peaceful protestors,” but Trump’s cabinet at the time was full of Neo-Cons and other subversive traitors to American Freedom.

With the exception of Reconstruction none of these incidents was as large or spread so far across the United States as were the violent protests and violent insurrection of leftists against authoritiy that occurred in 2020 nor as dangerous as the violent ICE protests of 2025 which, like the Whiskey Rebellion destroyed Federal Property and injured Federal Officers.

But our government and people no longer seem to know what “good order and discipline” or “peaceful protests” mean anymore. We have fallen to chaos even if its in isolated pockets…

IT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL. Americans never used to see that as acceptable and as soon as any protest used violence against people or property governments used to have the cahones to shut them down. In fact, a Democratic Republic cannot exist at all without respect for proper constitutional and legal authority.

Real “peaceful protests” obey the local ordinances and laws and by acting within the law! Any right to protected free speech and demonstration is only protected in so far as you obey other laws and resist violence. Violent demonstrations, riots, vandalism, and looting are not legal and never should have been tolerated. THEY are what need to be cracked down on. It is not a matter of “freedom of expression” that is the sophistry of liars. It is a matter of law and order. As soon as violence against people or property enters the picture it is no longer a peaceful protest and no longer falls under the purview of “protected speech.” That protection requires truly peaceful protests conducted with decorum and in good order, both of which were marks of the protests of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. in the 1960s.

If it wasn’t for the immasculated, low testosterone, leadership of feminized bureaucrats today and officials who don’t seem to have a clue of what it means to be a man or to maintain good order and discipline, let alone have the will to maintain the laws that they were elected to enforce, then this situation never would have gotten this bad. Bad enough that Trump, like George Washington and other presidents before him, needs to use military force to re-establish local order.

The United States is a country whose laws are based upon precedent and what has gone before. There is no more basic example for us than that of President George Washington. Yet he absolutely enforced the law and put down local insurrection against Federal authority. George Washington saw it simply. If your were violently opposing the execution of the laws of the United States you were in insurrection.

Please note again, these are absolutely NOT Constitutionally protected peaceful protests, nor are they “normal” criminal behavior. What we are seeing today in American cities are in chaos, where violence, organized crime, cartels, terrorism, and a violent resistance against constitutionally constituted Federal Law have gotten way out of hand. The insurrection and violence we see today has clear parallels in the Whiskey Rebellion of 1791 which was also a violent resistance to enacted Federal Law and in which the President used Federalized military force to restore order.

Why are we pretending they have any rights or legitimacy at all?

Why are we allowing the good people of places like Portland, Chicago, Baltimore, and Los Angeles, to have their lives turned upside down by violence just because they live near ICE facilities or have such a huge number of illegal aliens, some of which are violent criminals but all of which disrespected our laws by defying them to enter our country, running amok in their city?

We are told that the police “don’t want to infringe on their right to protest” but as I have already noted that right is a right to peaceful protest not a right to violent protest. It is a right to speak not a right to destroy property, commit acts of violence, and to violate other laws that are on the books. The police, courts, and prosecutors all have a duty to enforce these laws against violence – no matter who is committing them.

As soon as any “peaceful protester” violates the laws a a city, state, or laws of these United States they should be apprehended, arrested, and prosecuted. This entire situation, it seems to me, is because our teachers have failed to teach us what are Natural rights are, what our founding fathers thought, and why they made America like it is. Relegated to such ignorance of the very foundations upon which our civilization was built people can be excused for not understanding our rights actually are and what are violations and insurrection in defiance of those rights. However, I will NEVER excuse the teachers of several generations who failed to teach Americans what it means to be American and the precedents of our History. While not all our troubles today come from the failure of educators and universities to honestly teach the philosophies of the American founders and the history and culture of America it has made everything worse and made Americans subject to losing their Republic and we will lose it if this continues. Already people have lost faith in education, courts, our legislatures, media, and other institutions. We have been subverted by our enemies and the termites have eaten away at the very structure of our society and its time we called the exterminators and got rid of them. We also need to stop falling for the the sophistry of our political leaders who are using chaos and unrest to get votes.

It is past time that we had another President, who like George Washington and so many others, had the guts to put down insurrection when local law enforcement either refuses or is incapable of acting.

BY AUTHORITY

By the president of the United States of America

A PROCLAMATION

Whereas, combinations to defeat the execution of the laws laying duties upon spirits distilled within the United States and upon stills have from the time of the commencement of those laws existed in some of the western parts of Pennsylvania.

And whereas, the said combinations, proceeding in a manner subversive equally of the just authority of government and of the rights of individuals, have hitherto effected their dangerous and criminal purpose by the influence of certain irregular meetings whose proceedings have tended to encourage and uphold the spirit of opposition by misrepresentations of the laws calculated to render them odious;

by endeavors to deter those who might be so disposed from accepting offices under them through fear of public resentment and of injury to person and property, and to compel those who had accepted such offices by actual violence to surrender or forbear the execution of them; [in other words they threatened Federal Officers and their families who were charged with executing the laws}

by circulation vindictive menaces against all those who should otherwise, directly or indirectly, aid in the execution of the said laws, or who, yielding to the dictates of conscience and to a sense of obligation, should themselves comply therewith;

[In other words they prevented those who should have aided the Federal Officers from executing their laws from doing so…Daniel Saber]

by actually injuring and destroying the property of persons who were understood to have so complied;

[in other words they destroyed property and injured law enforcement officers – Daniel Saber]

by inflicting cruel and humiliating punishments upon private citizens for no other cause than that of appearing to be the friends of the laws;

by intercepting the public officers on the highways, abusing, assaulting, and otherwise ill treating them;

by going into their houses in the night, gaining admittance by force, taking away their papers, and committing other outrages, employing for these unwarrantable purposes the agency of armed banditti disguised in such manner as for the most part to escape discovery;

And whereas, the endeavors of the legislature to obviate objections to the said laws by lowering the duties and by other alterations conducive to the convenience of those whom they immediately affect (though they have given satisfaction in other quarters),

and the endeavors of the executive officers to conciliate a compliance with the laws by explanations, by forbearance, and even by particular accommodations founded on the suggestion of local considerations, have been disappointed of their effect by the machinations of persons whose industry to excite resistance has increased with every appearance of a disposition among the people to relax in their opposition and to acquiesce in the laws,

[in other words whatever the government did to effect the execution of the law practically and peaceably was thwarted by violence and threat…Daniel Saber]

insomuch that many persons in the said western parts of Pennsylvania have at length been hardy enough to perpetrate acts, which I am advised amount to treason, being overt acts of levying war against the United States,

[by attacking officers of the United States and defying US law, even attacking the fortified home, station, and office of Federal Officers involved- Daniel Saber]

the said persons having on the 16th and 17th of July last past proceeded in arms (on the second day amounting to several hundreds) to the house of John Neville, inspector of the revenue for the fourth survey of the district of Pennsylvania; having repeatedly attacked the said house with the persons therein, wounding some of them; having seized David Lenox, marshal of the district of Pennsylvania, who previous thereto had been fired upon while in the execution of his duty by a party of armed men, detaining him for some time prisoner, till, for the preservation of his life and the obtaining of his liberty, he found it necessary to enter into stipulations to forbear the execution of certain official duties touching processes issuing out of a court of the United States; and having finally obliged the said inspector of the revenue and the said marshal from considerations of personal safety to fly from that part of the country, in order, by a circuitous route, to proceed to the seat of government, avowing as the motives of these outrageous proceedings an intention to prevent by force of arms the execution of the said laws, to oblige the said inspector of the revenue to renounce his said office, to withstand by open violence the lawful authority of the government of the United States, and to compel thereby an alteration in the measures of the legislature and a repeal of the laws aforesaid;

And whereas, by a law of the United States entitled “An act to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions,” it is enacted that whenever the laws of the United States shall be opposed or the execution thereof obstructed in any state by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings or by the powers vested in the marshals by that act, the same being notified by an associate justice or the district judge, it shall be lawful for the President of the United States to call forth the militia of such state to suppress such combinations and to cause the laws to be duly executed. And if the militia of a state, when such combinations may happen, shall refuse or be insufficient to suppress the same, it shall be lawful for the President, if the legislature of the United States shall not be in session, to call forth and employ such numbers of the militia of any other state or states most convenient thereto as may be necessary; and the use of the militia so to be called forth may be continued, if necessary, until the expiration of thirty days after the commencement of the of the ensuing session; Provided always, that, whenever it may be necessary in the judgment of the President to use the military force hereby directed to be called forth, the President shall forthwith, and previous thereto, by proclamation, command such insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their respective abodes within a limited time;

And whereas, James Wilson, an associate justice, on the 4th instant, by writing under his hand, did from evidence which had been laid before him notify to me that “in the counties of Washington and Allegany, in Pennsylvania, laws of the United States are opposed and the execution thereof obstructed by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings or by the powers vested in the marshal of that district”;

And whereas, it is in my judgment necessary under the circumstances of the case to take measures for calling forth the militia in order to suppress the combinations aforesaid, and to cause the laws to be duly executed; and I have accordingly determined so to do, feeling the deepest regret for the occasion, but withal the most solemn conviction that the essential interests of the Union demand it, that the very existence of government and the fundamental principles of social order are materially involved in the issue, and that the patriotism and firmness of all good citizens are seriously called upon, as occasions may require, to aid in the effectual suppression of so fatal a spirit;

Therefore, and in pursuance of the proviso above recited, I. George Washington, President of the United States, do hereby command all persons, being insurgents, as aforesaid, and all others whom it may concern, on or before the 1st day of September next to disperse and retire peaceably to their respective abodes. And I do moreover warn all persons whomsoever against aiding, abetting, or comforting the perpetrators of the aforesaid treasonable acts; and do require all officers and other citizens, according to their respective duties and the laws of the land, to exert their utmost endeavors to prevent and suppress such dangerous proceedings.

In testimony whereof I have caused the seal of the United States of America to be affixed to these presents, and signed the same with my hand. Done at the city of Philadelphia the seventh day of August, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-four, and of the independence of the United States of America the nineteenth.

G. WASHINGTON,

By the President,

[A Proclamation by President Washington Regarding the Rebellion against Federal Law in Western Pennsylvania 1791-1794 – sections in bold are my emphasis because, in my judgment the speak to our current situation. – Daniel Saber]
