The Freedom and Cultures of the “Western” Republics are under attack from without and within. But our heritage is worth fighting for. Our cultural history and our faith is worth knowing and fighting for, and the nation-states which so millions have lready spilled their blood or given their lives to defend are worth fighting for. Welcome to another installment of Reforging Foundations – What Your Father Should Have Taught You.
Welcome back Freedom Troopers as we continue to work to reforge the foundations of the West for ourselves and our posterity. First, let’s get one thing clear. I have repeatedly said our nations are at war against subversive ideologies and cyber-attacks which have the intention of undermining our structures and destroying us. But this is not necessarily and open warfare (as we have been taught warfare is,) but a shadow war of ideas, politics, economics, and lies. When I say we need to fight I mean we have to put the same effort we put into kinetic warfare into fighting this shadow war to protect our national and cultural heritage. We have plenty of options (from peaceful demonstrations to a redress of grievances through petitioning our courts, our legislators, or even our President,) to fight without active insurrection. In fact, violent insurrection would play into the hands of the communists and anarchists who want an excuse to created laws giving them totalitarian control. When the Left says “we need to fight” they are talking about throwing deadly projectiles, throwing explosives, or even ambushing and shooting Federal Officers. I just want to make that distinction to guard against the sophistry of our enemies or the misunderstandings by people who are a bit too literal.
Today, my friends you aren’t going to get a lot of investigative reporting, details, and analysis (although what I have to say is based on almost 60 years of study and experience,) today you get my opinion and observation. Naturally I think that my opinion is correct. If I thought that there was a better opinion, I would change my position and adopt the new one. I don’t see why people insist on going down on a sinking ship just because they are too prideful to admit they were wrong. I am interested in truth and giving you the information you need to make decisions in politics and daily life to live free and well. If someone is actually able to say they were wrong it simply means that they are still capable of learning. As my parent’s said, “If you stop learning, on that day you start dying.” Again, I welcome your comments below, or you can write me at Daniel.Saber@sabersedge.online or follow me on X at: @DanielUSCavalry (I’m still figuring out how to use X effectively and considering other venues so if you have suggestions drop me a line at my email. Each of our nations has a strong military history, any nation that doesn’t have a strong military tradition no longer exists and now has their land owned by someone else. It’s what humans do. Let us set aside the foolishness of “stolen lands” or “imperialism” because this is who we are as humans, and you cannot deal with the problem of human evil by throwing a tantrum and screaming “it’s not fair.” If you are not willing to fight for what you believe in, you are going to lose it. That’s a fact, jack!
In fact, it’s not just what humans do. It’s what primates seem to do. I have been watching for over a decade as a “nation” of chimpanzees has systematically attacked neighboring troops, taken over their neighbors’ land, killed their alpha males, and co-opted their females and young into their own troop. This group is now the largest group of chimps we have ever seen in the wild. And the brutality of their attacks! These animals literally ripped their enemies apart ripping off limbs and sex organs and leaving them to suffer and die. Then didn’t just kill this was terror.
In civilization we have developed “the rules of war” to prevent war from becoming even more horrible than it needs to be. (See Hans Morganthau’s Politics Among Nations – a more difficult scholarly work – and the books by Dr. Jeffrey F. Addicott Union Terror, and also Trampling Union Terror, Riders of the Second Alabama Cavalry for theory and examples of this project. Dr. Addicott was a Lt.Col. and JAG Officer [Military Lawyer] who worked with our Special Forces to keep their operations legal within the confines of the Rules of War and uses contemporary and historical examples to make the issue easily understandable to anyone. Further, being a cavalryman, I really loved the historical information in Trampling… about how the cavalry fought and operated in the American Civil War. He completely explodes the idea that “we didn’t have rules” when the Civil War was fought as being political and historical tripe.) This is what civilization was developed to do…civilize the more brutal side of who we are as humans…not to pretend it doesn’t exist and create fanciful laws pretending “everyone is good.” As we reforge the foundations of our civilization, we must jettison these fanciful fictions and keep the hard won knowledge of the past for the future.

Protecting our land, our families, and our heritage is not only natural it is who we are.
Apparently, conquest, setting up a watch on the border to protect our territories and protecting our borders, and expanding our own groups wealth and power is who we are as primates. Apparently, we’ve been doing this for a very, very long time and expecting us to change just because some people say, “it isn’t nice,” is living in Wonderland. These acts are done from the smallest troop of monkeys all the way up to humans. It’s who we are. Communists and other Leftists, at their core, have philosophies that deny our sexual dimorphism, they deny our biology, in short, they deny our very humanity. One professor who worked with Gad Saad was asked what he thought about Communism. “Great idea,” he said, “but wrong species. It would work great for ants.” But they do have one point. The century of the “Brothers Wars” in Europe needs to be over. But we don’t need communism or wokeism for that, we just need strong Republics that are of, by, and for the people.
Republics, in general, don’t wage war one each other. Real, republics of, by, and for the people.
That shouldn’t be surprising. In governments of, by, and for the people it is the people who will be fighting the war who are making the decisions. When they go wrong it is often because the vote and decisions to go to war are being made by people who know they (and their children,) are immune to the effects of war. This tyranny of the elite and the “experts,” immune to the errors of their own ideas, needs to stop.

That leaves out the unelected elite of the European Union. It doesn’t necessarily leave out Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Poland or even the United States. However, we have to marginalize the influence of the elitist oligarchy, that class of elite who now rule the Western Republics, and who are essentially traitors to their own nation-states as they abandon their national interests in favor of a globalist agenda. They believe they are “citizens of the world” (whether they follow International Communism or some other globalist ideal,) and are thus making decisions that they know compromise the sovereignty of the nation they are supposed to represent. This is NOT a government of, by, and for the people. These are governments of, by, and for, the global elite and the international corporation (and if you don’t know how scary that can be read a few cyberpunk novels). Most of these elite not only have no desire to listen to the people. In fact they feel “the people” are sheep who need to be taken care of and should have no power to make decisions in government. Yet, they themselves are insulated from the consequences of their own decisions.
We cannot say these people are entirely wrong. For about 4 tenths of the people, they may be right. Our founding fathers recognized that there was a failing in this chunk of the population in that they could not see beyond their own self-interest and physical desires. For that reason, they opposed the concept of “universal suffrage.” When they said one person one vote, they meant all votes would be held the same and not that every person had a right to vote. There is no such right. Voting is both a citizen’s duty and a privilege. This failing of the 40% reveals a lack of impulse control in a solid portion of a chunk of our populations and reveals that there are some people (and education is not the determining factor in this,) are unable to set aside their own emotions to work for the common good. However, the elite dismiss ALL of us based upon the lack of impulse control of a minority of the population who, in some cases, they cannot even fully understand the consequences of their actions…or inaction. But that is not all of us.

This is why Europe scoffed at “the American Experiment” because they thought everyone, except the elite, were unthinking “subjects” who needed to be told what to do. They scoffed that America would fail like all democracies fail. But the US was a constitutional republic that limited its suffrage to those who had a stake in society and were responsible and not a full democracy.

and:

This might be a good time to point out that when I say “the West” although I am talking about the nations where our Western Culture and heritage are most firmly rooted; these are the concepts about citizenship and nations that grew naturally from the Roman Empire and the Nordic-Germanic-Anglo-Saxon tribes. However, we are not just talking about people of European descent, I include all nations that have embraced these values and put their own ethnic spin on them. Nations like South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan as well as the nations settled by the Spanish Empire who all have roots of their current states in the Western Way of Life even as they put their own unique spin on it.
To “secure” our unalienable natural rights is the purpose of the government of a democratic republic. We created our republics to protect our rights not to take them from us. Republics derive their “JUST” powers from the consent of the governed. Of course, the American founders knew our leaders wouldn’t be content with that and would try to “push the envelope” so they used a separation of powers to keep any one group from gaining too much power. When a republic takes that route it becomes a tyranny. What Madison called, an elective despotism. That is where America has been for at least half my life, and it is where so many of the nations of Europe are today.
In a free republic, when a government “becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it.” I think the problem comes to a head when we let the government take our guns. Then they think they don’t have to listen to us anymore.
Most of us in America know this. We even have living examples. The Native Americans didn’t protect their borders, and because they were weakened by their tribal infighting, they lost their sovereignty. Not that they were pinnacles of freedom since most tribes engaged in the practice of slavery. But they turned over their guns to the government for the empty promise that government would take care of them. What happened to the native Americans should be the only lesson the rest of us need to not give government our total trust; relinquishing control and letting them herd us onto electronic reservations that restrict our speech and freedoms.

If we keep fighting among ourselves and letting them divide us with political and social tribalism, we could well follow the path of the Native Americans who didn’t unite until it was far too late. We have a common task in our struggle today to fight for our freedoms and our rights. The days of us fighting each other over political or national tribalism needs to be over. Those days are done, and we need to pull together and support any movement that represents our cultural heritage, our people, and our sovereignty until we have defeated the threat to our nation, our history, our society, and our culture. Then, because the West is stronger together than we are apart we need to support our brother countries in their battle as well so we can march together into the future. It isn’t easy.
In 1683 Europe was once again threatened with extinction by an Islamic Empire and their jihad to bring the entire world under one faith and shariah law. (And because “the narrative” says this too was our fault let me just point out that it was another in a long line of attacks by the Islamic world on the Christianity and the West that started in 622 – four and a half centuries before the 1st Crusade – a crusade that in itself was started to support the Christian Empire of Byzantium in its fight for survival against “peaceful” Islam.) In 1683 yet another of many of a series of Islamic armies was invading the West and laying siege to the great Christian city of Vienna which the Ottoman’s called “the Golden Apple” – it was not the first time they tried to conquer it. In that year as hundreds of thousands in an Ottoman army surrounded Vienna an army of about 40,000 Europeans from Poland and the Holy Roman Empire marched to the cities aid. Then, spearheaded by Jan III Sobieski, King of Poland, and the elite Polish Winged Hussars they attacked the army besieging Vienna and routed it driving it back toward Turkey. Today, like then and in the previous battles against Islam, courageous men of the West battled for their own rights and their culture against foreign invaders and alien culture. So, to do we today need to come together against the powers that threaten our culture, our history, and our national sovereignty. Only today this is not a physical battle – at least not yet – but an ideological battle and to fight it we must silently join into Freedom Cells of those we know locally and support each other to do whatever we can on every level to support any movement that is trying to restore our heritage. Even if we don’t agree with every thought and nuance of their stance. If we don’t, then we, like the Native Americans, will fall before a powerful enemy that can only be resisted by unity, decisiveness, and action.

ALL of our nations, from Sweden to South Africa, from Japan to America, from South Korea to Australia, from Russia to the United Kingdom and Ireland, from Canada to Argentina are threatened. Since we are all threatened, we all need to support one another in this struggle because, although we are fighting for our country and our heritage the the threat is international and great. It affects all of us.
This is not Islamophobia; it is a realistic appraisal not only of 14 centuries of Islamic history and action but a realistic assessment of what their leaders have promised and what they say on their websites to each other. They want us converted, subjugated, or dead. And the communists and other globalists have foolishly allied with them thinking that after they break the nation-states they can break or control Islam.
As I have said before, the globalists who let the shah fell, including the Communist subversives in Iran thought they were “using Islam” to overthrow the Shah and that they could then take over from Islam after the Shah was overthrown and establish a communist nation – or the CIA thought they could manipulate a “simple” religious leader to do what they wanted. Both were wrong. Both Communist and Western globalists were tortured and executed by the Islamists upon their gaining power in Iran. Look to Iran, what used to be a vibrant Western style nation with women’s rights and has been crushed under the weight of a totalitarian Islamic Republic that governs every aspect of their lives.
Our nations were full of people who made excuses for Hitler too. Insisting he “didn’t mean it” or “was just politically posturing” just as these same cowards made excuses for, and still do, the communists and anarchists, and deny the very existence of the deep state – despite the evidence.

Each of our nations are filled with men and women, or at least the children and grandchildren of men and women, who bled and died for our flags, our heritage, and our nations. Nothing has the right to take our sovereignty from us, not elitist corporate oligarchs, not unelected politicians, not even elected politicians who have lost their way, least of all foreigners who have no love or stake in our history and culture and who would change every aspect of our life and faith.
Our nations have been out of sync with the people for too long. Everything needs to change. Not so we can go back but so we can go forward.
Building on the firm foundation of our national heritage, culture, and the faith that built the West we can reforge our foundations and move forward into a bright future. It is not too late. And we are not in this fight alone.
The threat we face is not a racial threat, although at first glance it may appear so. But it is only a superficial appearance. It is a cultural threat, and not all cultures are equal. The elite are trying to use race to keep us divided and angry. They use threats and insults as “ists” and “phobes” to keep us silent and submissive with our heads down. But as I watch speakers in England, I see Brits who are both Anglo-Saxon and black in skin color but when I listen to their words, they both clearly love the culture of Britain and are trying to fight for their common English Heritage. Both of them, in my mind are clearly British. Our skin tone changes according to how much we are in the sun, how can anything that is that variable be a defining factor? And also, I have yet to see ANYONE who is actually black or white, yellow or red. Everyone is a shade of skin color from the very dark to the very light. Don’t let them convince you that a couple millimeters of skin color are our defining factor, it is not. It is what is in our minds and our hearts, and it is in the culture that we give our allegiance to, how do we live and die, those are the defining factors of who we are.
As for me, I believe what they taught me in the Cavalry: There ain’t no race in the Army, We’re all Green and we all bleed red.
Maybe its time for us to sweat or even bleed again for the flags of our fathers and if we are led by cowards, as so many of our politicians and nearly all bureaucrats seem to be, then we need to lead the way in saving our own countries and let our leaders follow us.
While we don’t want violence, we’ve been told that “violence never solves anything” and that is a lie, isn’t it? While violence is always a last resort and should not be undertaken unless everything else is lost this is a lie that they use to keep us under control. For those who say that “it doesn’t solve anything” I have a few words for you, Jerico, Troy, Marathon, Thermopylae, Gaugamela, Cannae, Alesia, Teuteberg Forest, Battle of Tours, Hastings, the Invasion of Tsushima and the Kamikaze, the Siege of Orleans, the Spanish Armada, Battle of Vienna, Blenheim, Lexington and Concord, Saratoga, Valmy, Waterloo, The Alamo, Veracruz, the Valley Campaign, The Seven Days, Antietam, Gettysburg, The Marne, Jutland, Dunkirk, Afrika Korps, Panzergruppe Guderian, Leningrad, Tobruk, Pearl Harbor, Kursk, Midway, and I could go on for days.
Millions have died for our flags and our heritage, and their lives were not in vain. They did not die falsely in battles that “didn’t solve anything.” We will not let our culture and our countries slip from our fingers without a fierce struggle for our freedom and our heritage.
My ancestors fought in the American Revolution and for German Unification and the Civil War. While my father and my uncles fought in World War II and my sons fought in Iraq. I, for one, will never give up my heritage no matter what the consequences.
I think Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence showed us the way.

But things need to change. We now have a government in America that is making more progress than any president I have known in my lifetime. For the first time in my life our Southern border is secure. He just did it by applying existing laws while politicians were busy babbling “it’s complicated.” For the first time in my life, we have an administration that includes Republicans, Democrats, and Independents and for some reason the media is ignoring just how unusual that is for so many from different parties are represented and for any president to do so much domestically while ending SIX WARS internationally (one of which had been raging for over 30 years.) But the government alone will never fully fix anything. That is why we have a government of, by, and for the people. And we need to get back to it.
Whatever country you may be in. A Republic cannot exist when we turn the responsibility over to others. There is a story that after they came out of the Congress a woman asked, “what kind of government do we have Mr. Franklin?” And he said, “A Republic, if you can keep it.”
A republic, madame, if you can keep it! It won’t keep itself. Its our responsibility.
Lets keep it.
Let’s keep our freedoms, let’s keep our rights, and let’s keep our heritage and let’s keep our history. There are lessons in both our successes and our failures. Let’s keep if for ourselves, our families, and our descendants, and let’s keep it for each other.
