The media and the Democrats elected to Congress are pretending that every time someone is picked up by ICE [Immigrations and Customs Enforcement] they need to be given a new trial, and the trial is what is called “due process.” This is a blatant lie and what is more they know they are lying to you, or at least the lawyers elected to congress do. Immigration procedures ARE due process.
I hear an awful lot about the “Due Process” of illegal aliens as if everyone ICE picks up needs to be given a trial after they are picked up. Yet ICE is chasing down people based on a warrant or a Final Order of Removal, because so-called “Sanctuary Cities” do not cooperate they have to hunt them down and when they are found they are usually with other illegal aliens. Then all of them are arrested. That is ICE‘s job. It is absolutely not true that they then need to be held for a trial afterwards. They have already had their due process through set immigration legal policy and proceedings, illegal aliens are in violation of those policies and if they do not have the paperwork proving they are here legally here (paperwork that every legally admitted alien is given upon processing,) then they can be removed. That is the law and it should be fairly and evenly applied to everyone – illegals should not be given special treatment yet sanctuary cities are giving them better access to America than legal aliens get. That is one of the most unfair things ever! Due process means that people who are removed are removed according to the legal procedures established to do so. However, because for decades immigration courts have not been lax and Joe Biden’s administration actively inhibited the execution of Federal Law it looks extreme. It is not. Biden was extreme. Obama was extreme. Trump is not, at least on the immigration thing. They are being removed through the due process of proper legal proceedings and law. I thought maybe you readers would like this too you because the media is doing a horrible job, as usual.
Welcome back Freedom Troopers, like good cavalrymen we’re riding to the sound of the guns and those guns today are firing around ICE and illegal aliens. (If you have been waiting for Part Two of the Blue Betrayal of Our Cities where I explore the communist and subversive influence in the decline of our great American cities please bear with me. It seems that, knowing we had a problem with vermin I removed a wall panel to get a better look at what was happening in the cities only to find the entire interior wall to be a network of vile critters spinning webs of lies and sedition. It’s taking longer to verify and process truth from rumor than I thought – For some reason real info on Communists is either classified or if it is in open source it is buried by Algorithms on the 4th or 6th pages of a search. But I’m still working on it.) As you know, after my service as a Cavalry Scout, relieving Second Cav so that they could go to tank gunnery in Baumholder and Grafenwöhr, Federal Republic of Germany and taking their place on the Iron Curtain watching the Communists across the barbed wire and minefields that the Communists had to use to keep their people from leaving (the young people today don’t seem to realize that communists have to build walls to keep people “in” while we have to build them to keep criminals “out” )– and after Drill Sgt Academy at Ft. Leonard Wood and my time in 1st Training Brigade at Fort Knox, I became a Counterintelligence Special Agent and received some kick ass investigative and interrogation training from British Intel and the Israeli MOSAD, ultimately retiring from DHS as an immigration officer.
Between the FLETC (Flet-see or as some say Flea-Tac – the sand flees are horrible) The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Gynco GA and the CI Agents course I gained a very good working knowledge of due process. And I am getting sick of watching Americans being lied to about it and regarding illegal aliens who have invaded our country.
And, for those who don’t know, Immigration has a huge percentage of naturalized citizens and these officers (male and female) who came in the RIGHT way seem to have NO sympathy for those who are trying to cheat and jump the line. Did we mention the whole idea of “open borders” started with Karl Marx and the Communist Manifesto? As I have said again and again, the amount of communist propaganda that now pretends to be main stream discussion shows just how far the communists won the Cold War.
Immigration Officers also hate the very idea of “amnesty” because when Reagan administration gave amnesty to illegals people who had entered the country illegally actually became citizens ahead of those who were waiting in line for processing. Some of them had waited for years and they had to continue to wait while Congress and the Democrats pushed their illegals to the front of the line. Further, people who would otherwise have been inadmissible due to crimes or other activities because they were given amnesty were then let in anyway under the horrible amnesty program for illegals that Reagan agreed to. Although the Democrats promised to close the border and perform comprehensive immigration reform “if only we first approved amnesty” they lied about that too. We see how their promise to “close the border” went under Joe Biden. Don’t trust anything they tell you about Immigration. Tom Homan is speaking to you straight and nearly all the other talking heads are either lying/gaslighting you or they really don’t know what they are talking about.
To make sure I didn’t steer you wrong, I am getting older you know, I refreshed my memory for this article by looking up the definition on several legal sites and esp. Cornell Law School. There is an idea called “substantive due process” which IMHO is so much male cow manure and is NOT in the constitution and are just Democratic word salad to gum up our legal works, so we won’t mess with that.
DUE PROCESS and the CONSTITUTION
This term is found in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution. The 5th Amendment, in the Bill of Rights, was put forth by our founders while the 14th was not. In the Fifth Amendment the Constitution says that no one shall be “deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law” by the Federal Government while the 14th Amendment requires the States to do the same. Together they are meant to ensure that every American receives fair legal procedures from the American Federal, State, and Local governments.
As a professional investigator and trained historian, I don’t like hearsay or having other people (like the talking heads on the news,) tell me what something is. I like to track it down myself, watch the whole speech or congressional hearing myself, or track it down to actual witnesses. Hearsay is not admissible in court unless it is a “dying declaration.” The Fifth Amendment actually says:
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
In case you missed it. Due Process of Law does not mean a jury trial. It simply means proper legal procedure. However, the media pretends that everyone that ICE already has a legal retainer for is supposed to be “held over” for another trial. That is a blatant lie because of also the 5th Amendment where you cannot be tried on the same offense twice, that is called “double jeopardy.” So, these people cannot go back to court again for the same thing. Further, as our hero Tom Homan explains over and over again, if he could arrest these people at the police station or the jail he would. However, seditious “Sanctuary Cities” refuse to cooperate so ICE has to hunt these people down in huge operations. When they do, they are by law, called to arrest anyone they encounter who they believe to be illegally in the US. ANYONE. If the person doesn’t have proper ID the law provides for them to be held until their identity can be verified and, as I said, every legal entrant to the US is given paperwork to prove and warned that if they lose it they may be deported. They must always have it on their person.
Again, according to the 5th Amendment a jury trial and indictment by a Grand Jury is only required for capital crimes (crimes where you can be executed.) Due Process simply means a legal procedure according to law. That is what ICE is doing.
If you don’t like it don’t interfere with Federal Law Enforcement and expose yourself to Federal Prison time, instead get the laws changed. Federal Officers are bound to enforce the law. The fact that the Biden administration didn’t do that and the Immigration Courts repeatedly used to release people back into the populace to leave on their own does NOT make what ICE is doing illegal. WE have just forgotten what it looks like when our own laws are actually enforced because we have become a nation not of laws and freedom but of license.
We might point out here that during the Obama administration the Democrats had control of the Senate, the House, and the White House and they did nothing to fix immigration. Why should they fix it when they complain about it and get so many useful idiots to keep voting for them. If they fixed it they would lose the support of the idiots who keep supporting them. Additionally, NONE of these people who are screaming about Trump were screaming when Obama was given the title Deporter in Chief due to all the people he deported. And he has deported millions more than Trump. So far Trump has removed only 135,000 of the more than 20 million illegals believed to be in America. Conversely Obama removed over 3 million illegals most of whom never saw and immigration judge.
Snopes says this: According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data from fiscal years 2009 to 2016, more than 3 million individuals were formally removed from the country during the Obama administration. Annually, between 58% and 84% of these removals were so-called “summary removals” carried out through legal procedures such as “expedited removal” and “reinstatement of removal,” which do not involve a hearing before an immigration judge. On average, about 74% of removals during this period fell into these categories.
This two-faced behavior by amoral democratic hucksters makes me sick, as does the fact that people keep falling for it.
OBAMA even deported military combat and disabled veterans who fought for America, they were here legally but after they had fought in our armed forces the Obama Administration denied their citizenship. There are whole communities of veterans in Mexico who don’t speak Spanish that Obama deported.
When I first joined Immigration, I was part of the Military Unit. Our job was to do everything we could to help military personnel and veterans who applied to convert their legal alien status into US citizenship. We took great pride in swearing new citizens in who were sometimes still in the hospital recovering from their wounds, almost the entire military team was made up of veterans. In some cases, we desperately worked to ensure that a person received citizenship as they were on their death bed so their family and widow could then become citizens more easily, hopefully before but if not then after their death. However, when Obama was elected the 15-person military unit at our center was stripped down to only a couple people and Obama started deporting US Veterans instead of making them into citizens. Considering that even many Americans born refuse to fight for us I find this to be particularly heinous nd evil.
However today, the people that ICE is actually trying to go after have had their time in court. They have already been convicted of crimes, and thus as a non-citizen can be removed by law or they went to an immigration court and received a “Final Order of Removal.” Unfortunately, our soft Immigration Judges issued orders of removal and failed to remove them. Recently a 70-some year-old man died in ICE custody. He HAD received a Final Order of Removal decades ago and was allowed the dignity of leaving on his own honor. But he apparently had no honor and refused to leave – staying illegally in America for nearly decades and decades. As ICE was arresting someone with a record he was encountered and because the “Sanctuary City” had not given the criminals into the custody of ICE at the jail they had to track him down and found this old man who had never left. We never should have allowed illegal aliens to leave on their own. Clearly, far too many of them cannot be trusted to comply with our laws just as they refused to comply with our laws when they came here.
In my opinion they should not only be removed but anyone who was granted bogus citizenship by being born to illegals in the country should have their citizenship removed. I don’t think they should be deported but they should have to apply and show that they have been good citizens and never arrested to be granted citizenship.
Fortunately, ICE is no longer playing that game and is arresting them at the Court House as soon as the Final Order of Removal is issued or it is clear that they do not have a legal case for remaining.
Again and again, I see bullsh*t stories on the news about detention of US citizens for deportation. Let me tell you, in nearly every class at FLETC to train Immigration officers the instructors would say “And if you EVER deport an American citizen what phrase are you going to need to know for your next job?” And the class would repeat “Would you like fries with that order?” Indicating your Federal Service is over and you will be working at McDonalds. But the LIES continue on the news and from Democrats. The idea of ICE simply sweeping American citizens off the street is also a blatant lie.
How long will you let them lie to you?
The media, especially MSDNC and CNN, as well as the alphabet networks wouldn’t know truth if it was a snake and bit them in the face. They highlight these hucksters who fake their “arrest” and plaster it all over the airwaves and then when it is proven false they remain silent and you have to find out on YouTube channels of people like Cash Jordan, Kingdom Reacts, Devory Dawkins, Black Conservative Perspective, or a myriad of others who refuse to bend the knee to the communist Inspired open borders narrative.
In the recent ICE raid of a park in LA, Democratic Mayor Karen Bass (who is a former “Brigadista” of the Communist Venceremos Brigade and who was trained in revolution, sedition, and subversion by Cuban Intelligence and provided information to them against our country,) cried like a cheating spouse who was caught babbling about “the children” who she claimed were in a “day camp” in this park rousted by ICE. In point of fact, Spanish speaking families and blacks complained they did not dare go into the park because it had been taken over by the Cartels and one entire street along its edge was devoted to a Black Market selling stolen, illegal, or illicit goods like drugs. There is no way there were any “children’s groups” in that park on that day and because the LA traitors leaked the operation to the cartels there were no drug dealers or human traffickers there either. Why someone who was dedicated to serving Communism and revolution against the United States was ever elected to congress or as a mayor is beyond me but she is far from the only one. As I said, when I started to look beneath the panel a whole mess of vermin spilled out.
But we were talking about Due Process, the other gaslighting of Americans that is going on with the media.
Due Process doesn’t always mean trial. Despite what the Cornell Law site says it does not require a judicial proceeding but proper “legal” procedures.
In fact President Obama defined due process as him and one of his cabinet sitting down and discussing the pro and cons and he said that was sufficient “due process” to assassinate a US citizen with a terrorist group by means of a drone. Unfortunately, in THAT case, the ammendment does specify a Grand Jury indictment because by killing the US citizen he was making it a capital offense. So, if we follow Obama’s example then “Due Process” is whatever the President says it is. But todays Democrats are nothing if not hypocritical lying cowards – and to think I was one for awhile.
However, I don’t agree with Obama’s rebranding of “due process” because under his Democratic Administration that term became utterly meaningless – but that is probably fitting for a president who announced his run from the home of a convicted communist terrorist – which Obama did, he also then proceeded to put life-long communists is key positions in American government. But that is part of the infestation of communist vermin I was uncovering.
ICE is operating according to Due Process, and communist and anarchist organizations are, with the help of a complicit media, using the immigration issue to stir up dissent and undermine our institutions. If sanctuary cities cooperated with ICE illegal aliens who were arrested would be picked up at the jail. However, when ICE has to hunt them down “on the street” and “in the wild” then they will naturally come into contact with other people who are not here legally. It is their job to remove these people. IF Democrats don’t want people without a criminal record removed then they need to turn over the illegal aliens WITH a criminal record at the jail or prison on their release and cooperate with ICE. As Homan says, by refusing to cooperate they are getting exactly the thing they don’t want.
The thing is the Communists hiding in the Democratic party and Democrats who are nothing more than their “useful idiots” WANT this chaos because it is in the subversive undermining of law and order that anarchy and revolutionaries are strengthened. So, you need to stop asking yourselves “Why do they keep doing that?” They are doing these things because it is having the very effect that they want because instead of “preserving and protecting the Constitution of the United States” as they have vowed to do they are engaging in seditious, subversive, and proto-revolutionary activity to destroy America and our freedoms and they don’t care how many young fools they send into “harms way” to get their goal of destroying America accomplished. All these actions, and the destruction of our great American cities make perfect sense if that is what they are trying to do.

In my opinion stupidity cannot be the answer because they are quite clever at their lies, disinformation, mal information, and obfuscation so clearly they are not stupid. They may not be card carrying members of the American Communist Party but they are sure doing their work.
I apologize for being so “hot” on this issue. But as an immigration officer I have seen millions and millions of good people who are applying legally for citizenship in this country. In fact every week we had had semis full of applications pull up to our center for people who were trying to come here legally. Although I am retired I still get letters or comments on FB thanking me for my help in processing their citizenship from former Africans and Hispanics on their “citizenship day.” It really burns me when the Democrats are playing political games and don’t seem to actually care about the families they are harming. Oh they pretend to care and say its ICE doing it but I have watched for years as they steadily adopted policies that made this entire situation worse and watched as Democrats encouraged illegal aliens to vote KNOWING that if a non-citizen ever votes in a US Federal Election they are FOREVER barred from US Citizenship. They don’t care how many lives are ruined as long as they can get four more years in power. No, far to many Democrats don’t care about anything, but power and they don’t care who they hurt or how many lives they destroy to get it. As a Christian I know they will one day have to answer for the crimes and lies before a higher court. But they are still hurting people today and will continue to do so tomorrow unless we can stop them.
